Returns & Exchanges

Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason and without penalty. You may also withdraw before the product reaches you.

Send your withdrawal notice with your order number by email to info@manifestpazarlama.com (you can also call us on 0531 614 82 76). We confirm receipt and send the return shipping details by email.

Send the product back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Returns are shipped with Aras Kargo and you are not charged for return shipping. If Aras Kargo has no branch where you are, we arrange collection from you at no extra cost.

If you send the product with a courier other than Aras Kargo, the return shipping cost is yours.

Return shipping for defective products is always covered by us.

Trying on and inspecting the shoes does not affect your right of return. You are not liable for changes caused by trying the product in line with its intended use. We kindly ask you to return it with its box and accessories where possible.

You have the right of withdrawal for all products except the exceptions listed in the regulation, such as hygiene products whose protective packaging has been opened.

The full amount paid, including delivery fees, is refunded within 14 days of the product being handed to the courier for return (or of your withdrawal notice, if you withdraw before delivery), in one payment, free of charge, to the payment method you used. The time it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank.

Size or color exchange requests are handled through the same process, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges are a service we offer separately from the statutory right of withdrawal: shipping costs for sending the product to us and sending the new product to you are yours. If the product is defective, we cover exchange shipping. If you use your 14-day right of withdrawal instead of an exchange, the return shipping terms above apply.
