Terms of Use

By using the TopukTrend website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of use. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the site.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for the security of your account.

The question section on product pages is only for questions about the product. Personal or contact details such as phone numbers, e-mail or addresses, insults, advertising or unlawful content may not be shared; such questions are not published. Answered questions are published on the product page without the asker's name.

Reviews are published without selection, regardless of whether they are positive or negative, and their source (e.g. Trendyol buyer) is clearly stated. Only reviews containing personal data, insults or content unrelated to the product are removed.

In-bag discounts and discount codes are valid under the dates, products/categories and amount conditions stated in their announcement. If more than one percentage discount applies to a product, the highest applies; if more than one amount discount applies to an order, the highest applies; discounts are not combined. Codes with a usage limit expire once the limit is reached; discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

The pre-discount price is the lowest selling price applied in the 30 days before the discount; products whose price was increased within the last 30 days are not included in discounts. For cancellations and returns, the (discounted) amount actually paid for the product is refunded.

TopukTrend reserves the right to update these terms of use at any time. The current terms are published on this page.
